kurz und bündig wohl nein.
Ich habe mal eine Mailanfrage an Kukirin vor 2 Monaten getätigt und nachgefragt ob auch geplant ist E-Scooter mit ABE nach DE anzubieten. Antwort war das dies nicht für 23 Geplant ist und auch man das auch für die Zukunft nicht angedacht ist.
Anscheinend habe sie das nicht nötig
